Classics Never Die

Some styles never go out of fashion. We do live in a world that is littered with fast fashion stores. And the clothing and accessories change almost daily. Things that are so cheaply made, and cheap to buy that people throw them away without a care in the world. But when it comes to having a wardrobe that will be fashionable now, and in the future, the classics are the heroes. And it doesn’t take long to put a classic wardrobe together either.

The idea here isn’t to throw things away, but rather when the time comes to replace them with higher quality items.

Here is a list of classics that will help you on your way.

Black Ankle Grazers

They work casual or smart casual – and with the right blazer, officer worthy too. Audrey Hepburn always wore ankle grazers and gorgeous flats. They suit all figures – and even if they didn’t, you could wear them anyway.

Diamonds

Earrings, rings and necklaces – with real diamonds are something pretty special. Tacori jewelry collections are full of high-quality pieces that are timeless and will comfortably go with any outfit that you might want.

Not So Diamond

Champagne lifestyle on a lemonade budget – that is cool, we all have our limits. CZs can look very classic too. Be careful not to overdo it if you are looking to keep a classic look. There is always room for statement pieces, though.

Blouse

Some people find them incredibly uncool. However, a good blouse is crisp and cool in the summer, slightly more casual than a shirt, and usually, they come in much cooler patterns too. Try some retro designs if you want to explore patterns and colour.

Jeans

This one is very personal. Jeans that fit and flatter one figure might not work on the next person. You’ll need to work on finding your perfect jeans. And once you find them – buy a few pairs! The right jeans make you feel amazing and are a classic with a plain white tee and white sneaks.

Sneakers

Converse in classic white will work with any look that you can think of. From summer dresses and skirts to those ankle grazers and jeans.

Boots

Great boots make the world a better place… or something like that. A great pair of tan or brown knees boots work wonders throughout the autumn and winter months. Black ankle boots, either Chelsea or biker boots, look slightly edgier and can put a quick twist on a classic look.

Flats

Ballet flats exploded a few years ago, and they are still big business now. They work with everything, but if you get sick of black, then navy blue or nude typically work really well too.

Blazer

For work or play, blazers are brilliant. They aren’t usually too heavy, so work well long into the summer. They are flattering due to the cut and button position. You don’t need to work in an office to make use of a great blazer either. The best advice here is to get one made for you, or from a high-end store. Off the rack can be hit and miss.

White Tees

Bulk buy them – in case of washing accidents. White tees go with everything. And can be dressed up or down in no time at all. You can invest in a few higher quality ones, but for this one, you can get great cheap/midrange ones without resorting to the fast fashion stores again.

Scarves

If you don’t already have scarves, you’re missing out. They can work as head wraps, scarves, belts and simply wrapped around the handle of your bag as an extra accessory. Silk is your best bet, though.

Matching PJs

Yes, there is such a joy at wearing a matching PJ set. And even more, if it is the shirt and trouser cotton type. They make you feel cute and clean, while also being able to double up as your’ at home relaxing but still looking amazing’ outfit.

Sunglasses

They are essential because they protect the sensitive skin around your eyes, as well as your eyes themselves from the sun. Not only that but they look slick can cover the days you didn’t feel like putting makeup on or don’t want to talk to anyone.

Bags

Backpack, well-structured tote bag and a crossbody. Of course, you might want a clutch as well, but if you invest in great ones you won’t need to replace them any time soon. A basic carryall tote will do fine for day-to-day as they will generally get a lot of wear and tear pretty quickly.

  1. Can I simply just say what a relief to find an individual who really knows what they are discussing on the
web. You actually know how to bring an issue to light and make
it important. More and more people really need to read this and understand this side of your story.

It’s surprising you’re not more popular because you definitely possess the
    gift.
